How our sponsored students and their parents give back in Anapra

November 17, 2022 | 0 Comments

GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of radical generosity. GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Since then, it has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.

As GivingTuesday approaches, we wanted to share with you how our sponsored students and their parents give back to their community in Anapra. Communities support one another and having that support is an important part of all of our lives. In Anapra, sponsored students and their parents give back to their community in monthly service projects. They’ve visited those in our elderly program and brought food and cleaned up their property, built a retaining wall to support our mission house, and painted the new Mother and Baby room. They also help maintain the community library on an ongoing basis.

You can help continue to support our friends in Anapra this winter by:
